I’ve been curious how this shoe would feel for multi-day, off trail, high route type of terrain. I really hope it could fit that gap between trail running, backpacking and scrambling.

Will, I’m looking for exactly the same shoe. I used a hoka huaka a few years back on my first time doing the wind river high route and I found that the bigger stack and Rmat were actually great for talus hopping. I think it saved me quite a bit of foot/ankle strain. Got me dreaming about a shoe exactly like this.

I’m a new hiker. I visited several hiking shoe stores & tried on every brand they had. Finally, I put on a pair of Hokas & instantly that was my shoe. I have never had a shoe that felt this good in my life. I bought the midtop & will be buying a low top also….thank you Hoka!!!&
