With Episode 5 of TraiLive, JB Benna talks separately with Jenn Shelton and Leor Pantilat after their runs of the John Muir Trail in California’s Sierra Nevada mountains. Leor set a new supported FKT while Jenn Shelton finally finished the JMT after multiple attempts. She started her attempt with Krissy Moehl, who was unable to complete the trail.
