2021 Western States 100 Live Coverage

Western States 100 logoThe 2021 Western States 100 kicks off at 5 a.m. PDT on Saturday, June 26 in Olympic Valley, California before covering the 100 miles to the city of Auburn.

      The weather is hot and clearly it takes uber fortitude to just get to the finish. That said, this year is a great example of why allowing the top 10 to return each year is out of date. Being 15 to 20 miles behind the winner doesn’t merit an automatic entry for the following year. Winners should return and there should be 25 spots each allotted for men’s and women’s golden tickets.
