iRunFar interviews Tracy Garneau, 2010 Western States 100 women’s champ, prior to the 2010 Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc.

We caught up with Tracy Garneau, the reigning Western States 100 women’s champion, in the hours before the 2010 Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc for a brief interview. She talks about her training since Western States, what she’s excited about at UTMB, and whether she’ll be using trekking poles during the race.
