It’s the afternoon before the 2011 Trail Runner Ultra Race of Champions (UROC) 100k and I had a chance to sit down and talk with Ian Sharman (The North Face) for the first time. He shared his thoughts on his Rocky Raccoon 100 miler performance and his best run since then, his training, and how his skills match up to the course.
