Julien Chorier Pre-2011 Hardrock 100 Interview

July 7, 2011 by Bryon Powell · 1 Comment

Frenchman Julien Chorier (Salomon) talked with us about his first trip to the United States, his training, and previewing the Hardrock course. For those who don’t know Julien, he’s won the CCC, finished third at UTMB, and won the Grand Raid de la Reunion. He is a very experienced mountain ultrarunner who, from what we’ve learned, is more likely to run his own smart, tough race rather than to try and win from the gun.

[Sorry about the audio, we filmed this under an awning during some rain.]
