I’ll go out on a limb and say that Joe Grant can win Hardrock. Who knows if it’ll happen this year, but he’s got the talent and the passion for running big mountains that are prerequisites to such an outcome. Even Joe’s willing to admit that he’d love to be the first to kiss the Hardrock come Saturday morning. In this interview, we discuss what he’ll be most focused on on race day, what his race plan is, and how the course compares to UTMB.
