Hal Koerner talks to iRunFar ahead of the 2010 Western States 100. He talks about the weather, his desire to run under 16 hours, the snow course, some injury set backs, his competition at the race and their relative experience at Western States. Koerner also discusses the women’s field and his shoe selection for the race.
