In Episode 3 of TraiLive, the iRunFar crew joins hosts JB and Jen Benna live in studio for a look back at the 2014 Western States 100. They’re joined on the phone by Western States course-record holder, Timothy Olson.
Check back next week for a Hardrock 100 preview from Silverton, Colorado!
Great concept of having the visual during the discussion. Well done!
I agree that 2:03 on Cal is amazing, especially when that includes the forced stop and weigh-in at Foresthill! On Strava, the section is about 1:59 for Rob, since it starts a little down the street from the school. My best on the Strava section is a 2:07, but that was completely fresh and in the nice cold weather of New Years Day. Now I have to see if I can break 2 next New Years and at least say I could run as fast as Rob (without already running 62 miles and in MUCH cooler conditions). Nice job everyone on the wrap-up. And thanks to JB for encouraging Chikara to pick it up the last mile. I was pacing Chikara, and we had a lot of fun kicking it in at the end.
These are a lot of fun. Thanks.
Great Episode, thanks, keep them coming, and 4 people chatting is more fun than two, just energy is fun.
