It is going to be HOT this weekend. Should make things even a bit more interesting….
Runners, stick ice EVERYWHERE you can and bring it with you from EVERY aid station!
It's almost in the 90's here in Seattle.. It's gonna be hot down there holy cow. The heat should shake things up quite a bit in the ol'prediction contest eh
Good luck everyone! Happy running!
Front runners should be thru' Red Star Ridge by now…
Lion Ridge…
Probably getting warm already!
Is that a sandwich Joelle was holding? That would be a very encouraging sign, go Team Idaho.
Stay strong guys. The yard work can wait until tomorrow. This is WS 100 after all!
I think the bearded dude w JH is matt tock, one of his training partners in mccall. Not too many beards like that
Once again.. thanks for the best coverage on the web for the #ws100.. you guys rock
Greetings! I volunteered today at the Last Chance aid station at mile 43 and ALL the runners wanted ice. Yes, it was truly hot and I was thankful that the aid station had enough to help keep the runners cool as they descended into the canyon and made their way up the steep Devil's Thumb climb . Congrats to all the runners out there today. It was a pleasure to serve you.
