While we hope that our store policies are straightforward, never hesitate to contact us via our contact form, whatever the question. We want to make sure that you get the product you want and the service you deserve.

Our store is run and operated by passionate runners. Though we almost always ship within a business day of receiving your order, on rare occasions, our staff’s passion (and racing/adventuring schedule) might mean a short delay in shipping. We’ll let you know whenever that might be the case.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for both domestic and international orders. All domestic orders ship via Priority Mail except where noted otherwise.

Free shipping is provided on all domestic orders over $150. We ship all other domestic orders for a flat fee of $5.

We provide expedited shipping upon request.

Returns, Exchanges, and Replacements

Our job is to help you enjoy your runs more. If you need to exchange or return a product for any reason, please contact us by responding to the purchase confirmation email or via our contact form. Please let us know what product you would like to return, the reason for your return, and whether you’d like an exchange, repair, or refund. Once we’ve authorized your return, send it to:

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us. For your protection, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance. We’re happy to cover the shipping when sending an exchanged item back to you so long as we’re shipping to a US address.

If for any reason we’re unable to make a satisfactory exchange, we will issue a full refund.

All sales are final on closeout items.

If you experience a manufacturer’s defect with a product purchased from us, you will likely have to return the product directly to the manufacturer. However, we’re happy to assist you with the process.

International Orders

We know that a particular specialty-running product can be hard, if not impossible, to find in your country. (We’ve certainly ordered products from overseas for our own use when the product wasn’t available in the US.) That’s why we offer shipping to anywhere in the world to the greatest extent allowed by our brand partners.

International Shipping

We ship international orders via United States Postal Service First Class International Mail. To be conservative, delivery is estimated at 2-4 weeks, although shipments can take more or less time than that estimate. Tracking information is not available after a package arrives at the US postal export facility.

We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $15.

International Returns and Exchanges

Our job is to help you enjoy your runs more. If you need to return a product for any reason, please contact us via our contact form or by responding to the purchase-confirmation email. This information helps us to customize our web site specifically for you and also allows us to statistically monitor how many people are using our site and for what purpose. If you provide your email address to the iRunFar Store, we will only use it to answer your questions or inquiries as well as to facilitate your transactions with the store.

All information we collect for a transaction, such as contact information and credit card details, is kept private and will not be disclosed to any other company.

We cannot (nor can any other vendor) guarantee the security of email. Please do not email sensitive information such as credit card information.
