iRunFar readers may be familiar with Jez Bragg from his third place finish at the 2009 Western States 100. Well, on Friday, Bragg of the UK will be starting the Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc for the fourth time. None of his previous performances are up to his standards. He thinks he’s ready this time. In the following interview, he shares his past UTMB experiences, what he’s learned from them, his ultrarunning background, how he’s trained for this year’s race, and what it’s like being a foreigner running the race.
