I brought two ringers down with me from B.C. in the wmn's field. Tamsin Anstey and Nicola Gildersleeve, very possible to go 1-2 in the womens and in my mind both a lock at finishing top four.

Should be some great races this weekend. Also of note is the new Ozark Trail 100. Sounds like a great course (grrr, damn knee!).

Looking to see 3 Canadian's in the top 10 at MM (Robins, Redpath and Hill).
