Great summary. I did the 100 and beat my goal by almost 2 hours, so conditions certainly were favorable. I ramble endlessly about it at 6-12-24.blogspot.com. Lisa and Jay were the best. My favorite moment was giving Jamie Donaldson an atta girl after she dropped her water bottle, thinking she was just some regular runner who needed a positive word. I'm a total rube.

Thanks, Sean. It was a super fun weekend. I'm so glad the campfire happened. Will have to make an annual GTR tradition!

Great write-up buddy. And I love that last picture…chillin' with friends by the campfire, eating s'mores, drinking beer…super fun end to an amazing weekend.

Trudge, I think lots of course records are falling this year… but a lot of that has to do with so many new races. Very few new course records at well-established, competitive races (Miwok, WS, VT, Leadville). The Hardrock bar was moved… but it can never have the field depth as the races I listed.
