This will only be of interest to DC-based readers and the most die-hard iRF fans. On Sunday, April 26, I’ll be joining a handful of other running experts to discuss running at the lululemon athetica store in DC’s Logan Circle. The event is being organized by iRunFar contributor, Elyse Braner. Given the foci of the other run experts, I’ll be focusing on trail running and ultramararthons. In particular, I’ll likely be discussing my recent experience at the Marathon des Sables. Feel free to stop by the Q&A session from 3 until 6 pm or the yoga for runners session afterward to see my first ever attempt at yoga… that alone should be reason enough to show up. If you are interested, read on for more details.
