Thanks Tony and ^z!

Red Cell News,
I did about 10 days of altitude training in the 2 months before the race. I was out in Salt Lake City for 3 days two weekends before the race. While there I ran a crazy hard 28 miler at between 8,000' and 10,000', as well as an easier 14 miler at ~5,000'.

I headed out to Colorado a week before the race. I spent the first two days at ~10,000' in and around Leadville, Colorado including 37 miles of pacing at the Leadville 100. I spent the five days prior to the race in Boulder, CO. I did a few short runs (<1 hour) while there, but that's it.

As you can see, altitude training was not a priority of mine. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
