Inspired by a recent conversation among the newly formed Wasatch Speed Goat Mountain Racing Team, we here at iRunFar have developed what is sure to be the next must have recovery supplement for trail runners – Ales Well. Ales Well combines the advanced joint health-supporting compounds glucosamine and chondroitin with the timed test anesthetic power of beer.
This ground breaking dietary supplement supplies the optimal ratio of ethanol, glucosamine, and chondroitin to support runners’ joint health. In addition, to supporting joint health, Ales Well may aid in the temporary relief of minor pain and social inhibition.
Here at Ales Well world headquarters, we know you want your post trail run refreshment to come in a variety of sizes depending on your needs. That is why Ales Well will initially be available in 12, 22, and 40 oz servings. The 12 oz and 22 oz offerings will be packages of 6, 12, and 24 supplements. For you convenience, the 40 oz supplement (we here at HQ call it “The Ultra”) will be sold individually at fine establishments with a package of 12 Ultras available for consumption at home or your favorite post-run locale. We occasionally brew up special edition 100 oz supplements (“the Barkley”), which many have started one, but few have finished.
For large events, we have our bulk canisters, aka kegs, available for special order. (Race directors please inquire about our “finish line discount” on the Ales Well keg.) Come visit iRunFar headquarters for free tastings, growlers, and merchandise.
[Warning: The consumption of moderate to large amounts of Ales Well may lead the user to conceive…. to conceive excessive training, racing, or adventure plans that may lead to additional joint pain. Don’t let that stop you, we’ll keep brewing.]
