Rumblings

April 4, 2007 by Bryon Powell · Leave a Comment

While I’ve gone through some dry spells in posting, I think I’ve been pretty consistent for a while now. I’ve also been pretty good about sticking to running. However, in the near future, I may fail a bit on both fronts. I have no news yet to report, but check back in the next few days… I may have some news that will dramatically impact my running and, even more so, my life in general.

On the running front, my lungs continue to improve and I felt pretty good running 8 miles on Monday night. I didn’t get out for a run last night – too busy. I’m looking forward to a calming run this evening – it’s been a long, stressful… and it’s only Monday.
