Miles and Miles

February 26, 2007 by Bryon Powell · 2 Comments

Quick update, since I’ve been bad about updating. Last week I logged 86 miles and I’ve run 127 miles in the previous nine days. Each of the past two weekends I’ve logged 20+ miles on both Saturday and Sunday. I even got a faster run in last week. Feeling good entering the new week, which is good as I’ve got big plans. Gonna keep rolling.
